Check-In Information

Mandatory tournament check-in will take place at Tournament Headquarters which will be at the Complex in the new building. Check-in must be done at least one (1) hour before your first game on Saturday. PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY NIGHT—ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK-IN AT THE ABOVE NOTED TIME AND LOCATION.

For registration, a coach or adult representative must present at the registration table, valid 2008/09 player passes, signed medical release forms and a roster signed by their District Registrar. Out of State teams or USClub teams (not affiliated with CYSA) must present a roster with no more then 18 players, valid 2008/09 passes, and signed medical releases.
